Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment:
Full Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Reservation Deposit for Cabin: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your reservation for the cabin. The deposit will be returned to you upon checkout once we have verified all cabin furnishings are accounted for.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by Guest: Cancellations made more than 5 days before check-in will receive a refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellation by Host: In the unlikely event that the host must cancel the reservation, a full refund will be issued.
3. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 3pm. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability and must be arranged in advance.
Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 12pm.. Late check-out requests must be approved in advance. If you have not vacated the site by check-out and don't have another reservation booked, you will be considered trespassing and will be asked to leave before being reported.
4. Use of Property:
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
5. Pets:
Pet Policy: We are pet-friendly. Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
6. Furnished Items:
Inventory: The cabin is furnished with kitchenware, towels, and linens.
Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of furnishings and other items. A fee will be assessed for replacement or repair costs of damaged items, which will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
Return of Items: All provided items must be returned to their original locations before check-out. Failure to return items may result in additional charges.
7. Maintenance and Repairs:
Property Condition: The cabin will be inspected before and after each stay. Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and orderly condition.
Reporting Issues: Any maintenance issues or damages must be reported to the host immediately. The host will make reasonable efforts to address any issues as quickly as possible.
8. Liability and Insurance:
Guest Responsibility: The guest agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the property and agrees to hold the host harmless from any claims for injury, loss, or damage.
Insurance: Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or losses.
9. Amendments:
Changes to Terms: The host reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
